Managing Director

Ronald Vibar is a seasoned Marine Engineering Contractor with over 32 years of extensive experience in the maritime industry. As the visionary Sole Proprietor of Bow Marine Services, and president of the following companies: Bow Maritime Services Inc.(1997–2006), Heatec Marine Philippines Inc. (2007–2016) and Bow Ship Management Inc. (2006-Present). He has established a reputation for technical excellence and reliable project management. Throughout his three-decade career, he has specialized in complex marine engineering solutions, navigating the evolving demands of the industry with a commitment to precision and quality. His leadership at Bow Maritime Services solidified his standing as a trusted expert in ship maintenance, engineering consultation, and maritime operations.

Rodolfo Bautista

President/CEO

Rodolfo B. Bautista is a distinguished Marine Engineer with a career spanning over 45 years in ship repair and maritime systems. A specialist in main engines, diesel generators, and hydraulics, he possesses deep technical expertise in Framo systems, boilers, and auxiliary machinery. Beyond his mechanical proficiency, Rodolfo is a master of industry-standard management platforms, including AMOS and STAR IPS. Known throughout the industry for his diagnostic precision and commitment to excellence, he is equally dedicated to mentoring the next generation of maritime professionals, ensuring the continued legacy of technical mastery at sea.

Robert Bautista

Technical Manager/Superintendent Engineer

Accomplished Maritime Engineer with over 38 years of experience and 14 years as a Chief Engineer at Odfjell Tankers, overseeing engine departments and ensuring vessel performance. Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment and management, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, with a proven track record of reducing machinery downtime through preventive maintenance programmes. Adept at collaborating with regulatory bodies to maintain vessel certification and compliance with industry standards.
